Flat Pack Container House
Panelized units that stack efficiently in a shipping container for low freight cost.

Overview
Flat pack container houses ship as nested, panelized kits: frame, wall panels, floor and roof pack into the smallest possible volume, and several units travel inside a standard shipping container. They are a fast way to set up site offices, accommodation and ablution blocks, using the same galvanized frame, cement-board flooring and purification wall panel standards we apply across our factory.
Key points
- Nested flat-pack stacking keeps sea freight cost per unit low
- Same factory standards: galvanized frame, 18 mm cement board floor, purification wall panels
- Configurable layouts for site offices, camps and storage with ablutions
- Epoxy primer and two-coat polyurethane topcoat for long anti-corrosion life
